About the role

If helping families transition to a fundamentally different approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the center of that transformation.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Here, students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their time is dedicated to real-world competencies—including public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures. There is no busywork. What remains is accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally.

This framework requires a reimagined approach to parent collaboration—which is where your expertise becomes essential.

You will represent your campus as the principal driver of enrollment growth, community trust, and parent advocacy. Your work will include leading impactful information sessions, cultivating meaningful local relationships, and transforming curiosity into committed enrollment. Beyond that, you will serve as the primary liaison for families throughout their experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal supporters of the model.

This is a position built on trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You will be based at a single campus, on-site the majority of the time, delivering measurable results—not simply executing predetermined processes. If you are convinced that conventional schooling is inadequate—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus
  • Leading persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates
  • Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled
  • Establishing credibility and visibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and deliberate outreach efforts
  • Mobilizing parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Depending on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach strategies
  • Transferring relationship development to campus staff or assuming a passive role
  • Allowing organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha's educational approach
  • Operating remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent journey and local community
Key Responsibilities

Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

Basic Requirements
  • Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to:
    San Francisco, CA;
    Santa Barbara, CA;
    Palo Alto, CA;
    Piedmont, CA;
    Roswell, GA;
    Bethesda, MD;
    Charlotte, NC;
    New York City, NY;
    Austin, TX;
    Brownsville, TX;
    Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
  • Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model
