• Own major feature development across the stack, from discovery through delivery
• Lead efforts on client‑facing and internal tools that improve both engagement and team operations
• Collaborate closely with product and operations to identify high‑impact growth experiments
• Help establish engineering culture, best practices, and technical direction

• Backend:
  Ruby on Rails, Postgres
• Frontend:
  Hotwire, Tailwind, Svelte (React or Vue also welcome)
• Infrastructure:
  Heroku, Salesforce
• Tooling:
  Feature flags, custom analytics, experimentation frameworks

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails
• Comfortable with modern frontend development using component‑based frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte, or Vue)
• Strong product sense and a bias for shipping high‑quality user experiences
• Experience implementing AI tooling to streamline development workflows
