.NET Software Developer

Houston, TX – 100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside/work anywhere in the U.S.

Collaborate with the business analysis team to define user requirements. Create technical specifications for user requirements. Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET, HTML5 and CSS. Create and consume REST API services with Web API. Create responsive user interface from provided UX design concepts. Troubleshoot software issues in various deployed environments such as Test, Training, Pre‑Production and Production. Integrate with commercial off-the‑shelf software products and configure third‑party components such as Kendo UI for Angular.

Work as a member of a large team including other developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers, interacting with related teams on a new product development. Write stored procedures in MS SQL Server.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in the following areas (required):
  Microsoft .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, Type Script, CSS3, REST API, MS SQL Server, Kendo UI.
• Experience in the following areas (preferred): ASP.NET MVC, Angular, using Git for code version control, developing applications with third‑party controls.

Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
