Senior Programmer/Developer - DQ Tech Lead
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test and deploy data quality applications using Informatica DQ Developer.
- Import, clean, transform, validate and model data to understand and draw conclusions from data (charts, graphs, and/or tables).
- Design and develop relational databases for collecting and storing data; build and design data input and data collection mechanisms.
- Ensure optimum performance and data integrity of databases in production environments, in line with requirements.
- Provide support of server-based databases in development and test environments including database software installation, database creation, performance and capacity design, backup and recovery design, security design, and analytical feedback as appropriate.
- Create tables, load data, and create UNIX shell scripts to support data quality applications.
- Be flexible and willing to work across the delivery landscape which includes Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

- Manage programming and software development using various languages and tools; review code, gather requirements, fix bugs, test, document and implement software systems.
- Interpret architecture and design, perform code reviews, mentor and supervise programmers, ensure adherence to policies, development, testing and release processes.
- 7-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role;
Bachelor's Degree. - Experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
- Experience in profiling, writing business rules, building reports, and advising clients on DQ activities; ability to build DQ architectural designs and implementation plans.
- Background in MDM, Data Governance and Metadata management is a plus.
