We are looking for a Backend Lead with deep hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure to design, build, and operate cloud‑native backend services. This role is for engineers who exhibit technical ownership and are hands and have experience running production systems on Azure.

Key Skills & Requirements

Expert Java (11/17+) with strong JVM, concurrency, and memory management knowledge

Spring Security with OAuth2 and JWT

Strong understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and API versioning

Azure SQL and Cosmos DB (Core API preferred)

Basic Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints) and cost‑aware design

Microservices & Distributed Systems

Designing independently deployable microservices

Event‑driven and messaging‑based architectures

End‑to‑end API lifecycle ownership

Data & Performance

Strong SQL, indexing, and query optimization

Transactions, isolation levels

Caching (Redis preferred)

Experience diagnosing latency, memory leaks, and throughput issues
