BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer for an opportunity in Houston, TX Hybrid!

Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Houston, TX – onsite

Expected Duration: Contract to hire

Pay Range: $60.00 – $62.25 per hour (actual compensation may vary within this range based on location, experience, and responsibilities).

• Execute standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure and high‑quality code using at least one programming language with limited guidance.
• Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.
• Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve automation value.
• Conduct basic technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and solve problems of basic complexity.
• Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision‑making for secure, stable application development.
• Learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems.
• Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
