We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Developer with strong experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade conversational AI systems.

• Python (5 yrs) with Async/Await ,
  FastAPI
  , REST APIs
• LLMs & AI/ML: Azure OpenAI (GPT), prompt engineering, embeddings,
  RAG
  , semantic search
• Cloud: Azure (OpenAI, AI Search, Cosmos DB, Blob), Docker, Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx, Systemd
• Databases: SQL expertise (Snowflake, SQL Server), No
  
  SQL (Cosmos DB)
• Frontend Integration: Vanilla JS, MSAL.js, SSE/Web Sockets
• Auth: Azure AD, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT
• Infrastructure: Dockerized deployments, async streaming architectures
• Dev Ops: Git, CI/CD basics

• Maintain and enhance AI platform (FastAPI, async services, streaming)
• Build new AI bots using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines
• Integrate bots with databases, APIs, and enterprise data sources
• Optimize Azure OpenAI usage, accuracy, and cost
• Support natural-language-to-SQL, conversation history, document outputs
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver features

• Strong debugging of async/streaming issues
• Clear communication with non-technical users
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
