AWS Connect Solutions Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an AWS Connect Solutions Engineer. The Engineer will configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect, and will also integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, Dynamo

DB, S3, etc.).

• AWS certification is a plus
• Experience with:
  Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon Dynamo DB

• Service design with developer background and quick learning ability
• Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services
• Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code
• Automation‑focused mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
