Job Overview

Bigge is hiring a full‑time Full Stack Developer to support the ongoing development of Work Pro, our internal Operations, Dispatch, Asset Management and field service platform. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role with a strong emphasis on Angular front‑end development
, supported by solid backend and database experience.

The developer will be part of a small, focused product team, working closely with a Senior Developer and a Product Owner. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants meaningful ownership of features, exposure to complex business workflows, and the opportunity to continue growing technically while contributing within an established team structure.

This is a full‑time hybrid role, with work locations in Houston, Texas, or San Leandro, California.

Responsibilities
  • Frontend (Primary Focus)
  • Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces for Work Pro modules including Field Service, Dispatch, and Technician workflows.
  • Implement responsive, role‑based UI components for dispatchers, service managers, and field technicians.
  • Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable Angular components in collaboration with the Senior Developer.
  • Improve usability and performance across data‑heavy screens such as job lists, schedulers, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs supporting service orders, dispatch, billing, and notifications.
  • Work with SQL Server‑based data models and stored procedures to support core workflows.
  • Assist with integrations to enterprise systems including D365, Coupa, Trackunit, and Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Contribute to workflow automation, audit history, and operational reporting.
  • Team & Delivery
  • Work within a structured delivery model with a Product Owner managing backlog and priorities.
  • Partner with the Senior Developer on implementation approach, code quality, and technical decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and incremental releases.
  • Take ownership of assigned features from development through production support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Angular, Type Script, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building and supporting production web applications.
  • Solid backend development experience (C#, .NET, or equivalent).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data models.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑based development environment.
Preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate development.
  • Experience with field service, dispatch, or operational systems.
  • Experience integrating with ERP or business systems (Microsoft D365, Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with scheduling, calendar, or workflow‑driven UIs.
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled application features.
  • Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud‑hosted applications.
  • Exposure to mobile or technician‑facing applications.
