• Design prompt variations and evaluation cases to surface edge behaviors, failure modes, and performance regressions.
• Collaborate with engineers to align prompts with project constraints, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Iterate on prompt strategies using test results and human feedback to improve reliability and reduce hallucinations.
• Document prompt patterns, expected outputs and known limitations to support reuse and handoffs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience, excellent command of Ruby and key ecosystem tools (RSpec, Bundler).
• Confident use of Git and standard Linux CLI tools.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of testing principles and test‑driven development (TDD); strong skills in debugging, profiling and code optimization.
• Level of English is advanced (C1) or above.

• Contributions to open‑source Ruby projects (pull requests, code reviews, issue tracking).
• Experience working with large monorepositories or major open‑source projects.
• Experience with automated benchmarking, scripting, or infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Experience working with AI‑generated code or in code evaluation projects.
