We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help architect, build, and scale the next evolution of the Cortex platform. This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist who thrives at the intersection of logistics and innovation—someone who can translate complex trucking workflows into elegant, distributed applications powered by modern AI and cloud technologies. You will be hands‑on in full‑stack development, API integration, and cloud architecture, while also mentoring junior developers and guiding offshore or third‑party partner resource teams.

Your work will directly impact carriers and shippers nationwide, ensuring reliable, scalable, and highly adaptable software that keeps freight moving at its optimal to maximize customer investments. We are looking for developers who understand the back‑end of running a complex logistics business and know that what they build matters.

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed applications for the Cortex TMS platform
• Lead heavy API integration projects to connect carriers, shippers, and partners seamlessly
• Apply advanced design patterns (especially in C#) to build scalable, maintainable systems
• Drive code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with product and logistics experts to translate trucking workflows into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership to offshore or third‑party development teams
• Innovate with AI developer tools (Agentic AI, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance platform intelligence
• Architect solutions leveraging AWS or Azure cloud services for performance and reliability
