Lead .NET Developer-REMOTE
Remote / Hybrid
1-Year Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do- Lead Azure application development within an Agile Scrum team.
- Design, develop, and deploy APIs, websites, and enterprise applications.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
- Support Azure deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure application resiliency and disaster recovery readiness.
- Create technical documentation and promote team knowledge sharing.
- 5+ years as a Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer developing and deploying solutions in Azure.
- Strong experience with:
- Azure App Services, API Management, Key Vault, Monitor, Application Insights, Azure SQL
- ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Type Script, Angular or React
- Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git, Terraform
- REST APIs, Docker, JSON, OIDC, SAML
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of Azure security, code scanning, IAM, and data encryption.
- Experience with Fortify and Sonatype.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with BDD and TDD.
- Awareness of FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust Architecture.
