We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Rust to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.## What you will do
* Developing server-side logic. Writing code that runs on the server to process data, apply business logic, and manage database interactions.
* Creating APIs. Building RESTful or GraphQL APIs that frontend applications (like web or mobile apps) use to communicate with the backend.
* Managing databases. Writing code to store, retrieve, and update data in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
* Ensuring security and performance. Implementing secure coding practices and optimizing backend performance for fast response times.
* Integrating third-party services. Connecting the application with external APIs or tools like payment gateways, authentication systems, etc.## What we are looking for
* 8+ years of strong Java backend development experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with Rust and Rust-based backend development.
* Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
* Experience with concurrency, multithreading, performance optimization, and memory management.
* Strong knowledge of SQL/No

SQL databases and data-intensive applications.
* Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
* Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
* Good understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and security.
* Experience working in Agile development environments.## Nice to have
