How you'll make an impact

Develop, enhance, and maintain Generation Management System (GMS) applications.

Partner directly with utility customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Integrate GMS applications with EMS, SCADA, and other operational technologies.

Lead software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities.

Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to drive innovation.

Contribute to solution design, project execution, and proposal development.

Leverage Agile development practices, advanced analytics, and AI-driven technologies to enhance grid operations, optimize performance, and deliver innovative customer solutions.

Your background

Master's or PhD degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technical roles.

Experience developing software using C, C++, C#, and/or FORTRAN.Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with complex technical systems and software applications.

Knowledge of utility operations and industry technologies such as EMS, SCADA, GMS, ADMS, DMS, AGC, Economic Dispatch, State Estimation, AI/ML, or optimization tools is preferred.
