We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Developer to lead a development team while remaining hands-on with software development, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management. The candidate will build and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor software developers and manage day-to-day development activities.
- Manage Agile sprints, sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog prioritization.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
- Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage production releases, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of Technical Lead / Team Lead experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on C# and .NET development.
- Strong experience with Angular.
- Production experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of release management and deployment automation.
