Position Summary:

A Dynamic Fitness Instructor gives every effort to motivate and energize clients through first-class workouts. All Instructors must maintain current certification by a nationally accredited program and be passionate about representing Dynamic Fitness both in and outside of the studio.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

National Accredited Certification Required

Preferred:

Studio Fitness instructor experience preferred

Experience teaching in multiple class formats

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and the principles of physical fitness

Excellent teaching skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication (oral & written) and people skills

Computer & application proficiency

Independent, self-motivated (inner drive)

Must be able to work with people in a “team” atmosphere

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to operate fitness machines and equipment

Required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures

Physical effort required for studio instruction includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.

Format applicability includes kneeling, balancing, running, jumping, kicking, stretching.

Frequent movement that may be dynamic, static, lateral & unilateral.

Must be able to push and lift up to 50lbs.

Ability to work in seasonal and temperature fluctuations within the studio.
