• Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $55.00/hr

We’re hiring and currently seeking qualified elite coaches who can deliver an exceptional workout experience to our members and guests! The OTF Fitness Coach is a champion for providing all members and guests with a positive, informative, and life‑changing experience.

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals
• Ensure members use correct form and offer corrections as needed
• Understand the science behind the workouts, including heart‑rate‑focused training programs
• Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized in the workouts
• Act as a team player and contribute to a supportive studio culture

• AED/CPR certification – required
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an approved education company such as:
  • National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • American Council on Exercise (ACE)
  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
  • Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA – Personal Training Cert only)
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)
  • International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA – special provisions apply)

Job Type: Variable Hour Employee – Part‑time & Full‑time hours available

Hours per week: 20‑40, 25 or more preferred

Compensation: You will be paid an hourly rate of $10.00 for administrative time. For classes coached, you will be paid based on OTF tenure and class attendance between $25 to $55 per class.
