Group Fitness Instructor – EōS Fitness

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor who can engage and inspire our members in every class.

Engage and “wow” our members by creating a fun, results‑focused group workout that fosters a sense of community and success.

• Maintain group fitness studio cleanliness
• Provide customer service
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and safe
• Participate in continuing education

• Timeliness
• Member satisfaction
• Class size management
• Safety and reporting of incidents/injuries

• Takes ownership of results
• Fights hard to win
• Adapts quickly to various situations
• Communicates effectively with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality
• Team player, willing to jump into any task and get it done
• Extremely organized and energetic
• Great fitness role model and motivator
• Good musicality (stays on the beat)
• Clear communicator (cues well)
• Dependable

• MUST have a nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification
• MUST have a valid CPR/AED Certification
