Summer Swim Instructor: Inspire Kids, Teach Safe Strokes

At Life Time Swim Team, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming and have the ability to inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Houston, TX and make a splash with us!

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels

• Create a safe and positive learning environment

• Assess student progress and offer feedback and guidance

Requirements

• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques

• Background in water safety and survival skills

• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Behavior management skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally

• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial

• Passion for swimming and children
