The Assistant Golf Professional assists the Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day Golf Operations of the facility. The position is responsible to supervise and manage total golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.

Core Responsibilities:

• Promote an exceptional "golf experience," and provide excellent services and programs to all patrons

• Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing the facility in an efficient, high quality, service-oriented manner

• Oversee all daily operations of the facility including golf operations and golf merchandise concessions to drive revenue

• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls

• Develop and oversee the golf instruction and golfer development programs for all customer segments

• Assist in training, supervising and motivating the staff to meet facility objectives

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Tee Sheet Experience
