This full-time, on-site Movement Coach role is based in Mesquite, TX. The Movement Coach will work closely with members to develop personalized fitness programs, teach proper exercise techniques, and provide motivation to help members reach their fitness goals. Core responsibilities include leading individual and group fitness sessions, educating clients on safe movement practices, maintaining a positive club environment, and staying updated on current fitness trends and certifications.

The role requires active participation in team initiatives to create an inclusive, supportive fitness community.

• Demonstrated experience in personal training, fitness coaching, or group exercise instruction
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and safe movement practices
• Skills in client assessment, program development, and progress tracking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide motivation and guidance
• Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM)
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed on fitness trends
• Ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for diverse individuals
• CPR and AED certification required or willingness to obtain upon hiring
