Recruitment Consultant – Connecting Exceptional Talent with Leading US & Canadian Freight Forwarding & Logistics Firms | Empowering Supply Chain…We’re seeking an experienced Air Export Specialist to manage end‑to‑end air export operations from our Houston office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced forwarding environment and understands the urgency and precision required in air freight.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full‑cycle air export shipments (booking through final delivery)
- Prepare and review export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, AES, invoices, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with airlines, truckers, warehouses, and overseas agents
- Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and export regulations
- Provide proactive customer service and shipment visibility
- 2+ years of air export experience in freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of air freight documentation and compliance
- Experience with Cargo Wise or similar TMS preferred
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused
