Equipment Monitor I – Warehouse
Join Gulf Coast Blood as an Equipment Monitor to support mobile operations by loading, unloading, storing, and delivering supplies and equipment to mobile sites and facilities.
In this role you’ll:- Determine daily equipment and supply needs based on mobile projections.
- Prioritize stocking of supplies and equipment for optimal use.
- Load vans and coaches with supplies and equipment as required.
- Deliver supplies and equipment to mobile sites and facilities, planning efficient delivery schedule.
- Assist with special events such as setting up collection equipment and blood drives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Identify missing or damaged equipment and inform supervisor.
- Protect Blood Center property from damage or loss.
- Clean vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Log and secure keys to drivers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
Regular standing and walking; lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent stoop, kneel, and crouch; occasional sit and balance; talk or hear required. Reasonable accommodations available.
Work EnvironmentOutdoor weather exposure; blood and biohazard materials; wet, humid, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, extreme temperatures; noise level usually loud. Reasonable accommodations available.
