Join to apply for the Ramp Safety Auditor role at Newrest
. This individual will share responsibility with another Safety Coordinator to ensure safety at the ramp, train, monitor, and audit all safety processes for the facility. The individual will spend most of their time at the airport.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure that all Drivers and Ramp personnel perform their job in a safe manner in line with airport regulations and traffic laws.
  • Perform fifteen ramp safety audits per shift at the airport.
  • Perform other safety audits as needed.
  • Coordinate new hire safety training and perform the safety training.
  • Ensure all Drivers are properly trained before starting work.
  • Track audit reports and progress on spreadsheet and online.
  • Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous experience as an auditor preferred.
Qualifications
  • Must possess valid Driver License – Active.
  • Must be able to pass airport security clearance SIDA including CBP clearance.
  • Knowledge of airport safety regulations preferred.
  • Must be able to perform and be certified as inflight catering Driver.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
