This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Houston, TX. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, and coordinating shipping activities. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, handling dispatching, providing excellent customer service, and managing accounts effectively to ensure timely and efficient transportation solutions for clients.

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Dispatching to address client and carrier needs
• Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain lasting relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with transportation processes and regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and industry tools
