This contract-based position offers flexible scheduling, unlimited earning potential, and consistent daily routes. Drivers pick up orders from designated retail store locations and deliver them directly to customers’ homes. Deliveries are local, drop‑off only with no installation or special handling. Drivers typically complete 12–15 stops per day.

• Pick up packaged orders from the designated store location.
• Deliver items safely, efficiently, and professionally to customer homes.
• Verify all delivery details and route information before leaving the store.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for updates or issues as needed.
• Ensure deliveries are completed within designated time frames.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent The Shine Lab professionally.

Drivers average $500–$700 per day with a $200 daily minimum guaranteed. Weekly earnings average $3,000–$4,200. Pay is per stop (not hourly). On‑time delivery bonuses are available for maintaining a 95%+ weekly on‑time rate. Weekly settlements occur after a two‑week waiting period.

• Qualifying personal vehicle: sedan, minivan, pickup truck, or small cargo van.
• Active auto insurance (The Shine Lab covers additional insurance needed).
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor (not an employee).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and transport packages of 50 lbs or more.
• Smartphone capable of running TSL’s delivery app.

• Reliable access to a vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

• High professionalism and exceptional customer service to clients and recipients.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more as needed.
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, starting at 7:00 AM until route completed.
• Smartphone capable of running TSL’s delivery app for dispatching, uploading photos, and collecting proof of delivery (POD).
• Residence within 25 miles of the location for which you are applying.
