SCA is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer/Non CDL Driver. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support daily operations.
Rate of Pay$15 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Drive a pickup truck to complete street sweeping duties on assigned highway locations.
- Pick up debris such as litter, furniture and tires and place it in the truck’s caged bed.
- Work safely in oncoming traffic, using TMA vehicle protection.
- Clean highway shoulders and adjacent edges per schedule.
- Wear required PPE and maintain quality of work.
- Report equipment failures or incidents to Lead or Supervisor within 15 minutes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Pass employment and random drug test.
- Ability to follow GPS and tablet directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or related work experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Proper work attire, including short‑sleeve shirt, pants, ankle‑high boots, and required PPE.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team.
