• Prepare and process required documentation, such as AES filings, commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment statuses.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the logistics process.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong focus on ocean exports.
• Proficiency in preparing shipping documents and filing AES.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
