Autonomous Vehicle Driver; Bertha Certified

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a global leader in field data collection, founded in 2017 in Europe. We operate where automation falls short—collecting data through direct human observation and action. Our mission-driven teams span Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering rich, actionable insights to our partners.

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. • Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
• Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis
• Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
