Permit Coordinator

ThePermit Coordinator processes permits and inspections for different counties and assists in picking up and delivering material from the warehouse and/or vendors to job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Processing permits for each install.
• Coordinate inspections with city inspectors.
• Maintain status of all permits.
• Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians and Installers.
• Follow up on all failed inspections.
• Assist with warehouse
• Obey the Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
• Handling all aspects of financing
• Checking & entering payroll and commissions
• Any additional duties at manager's discretion

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-motivated, self-starter, results driven individual.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in an office environment
• Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally to move & place ladders
• Ability to climb a ladder and stand or crouch to walk through inspections when needed
• May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor
• Must be able to see, hear, talk, and type
