The warehouse clerk is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties. This position is an Individual Contributor role. The role directly reports to the warehouse manager and routinely interacts with warehouse employees.

• Regularly introspect, seek feedback and adapt behaviors for ongoing personal development.
• Utilizes communication skills appropriate to the environment, resulting in effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform general office clerk responsibilities such as answering calls, copying, scanning, & faxing documents, keeping training/tracking/environmental logs up to date.
• Purchase supplies as needed.
• Contact facilities suppliers for services as necessary.
• Perform other duties that are assigned as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Adaptability and agility to learn and contribute in varying and complex environments.
• Advanced self‑awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills: ability to work efficiently with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and other applications as needed.
• Communication skills: ability to effectively verbally communicate directions from craft supervisors and respond to questions from managers and fellow workers.
• Mentally agile and ability to multi‑task.
• Safety: works safely at all times, meets standards of safety awareness, and complies with safety requirements and proper use, operation, and handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Attendance: meets all attendance standards.
