Starting Pay: $18.55 per hour with $1 shift differential for 2nd Shift. Pay increases during the first 3 years.

Shift Options:

• New Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or until completion (36‑hour shift; may extend to 40 hours)
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 pm – 4:30 am or until completion (36‑hour shift; may extend to 40 hours)

Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for all shifts across Distribution Centers.

• Pick, pack, and stage parts.
• Operate hand‑held RF scanners.
• Move boxes throughout the distribution center.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with whole numbers, fractions, decimals.

• Prior warehouse training or experience.

• Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear; frequently stop, kneel, crouch.
• Often required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Lifting: up to 25 lb regularly, up to 50 lb frequently, up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Vision: close, distance, focus adjustment.
