$15.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Keep work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasize the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
• Be assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

• Lift and carry up to 25–75 lbs; handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customers, meeting company standards and customer timelines while maintaining safety.
• Inform site supervisor and manager regarding dock conditions, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Sit or stand for periods in office and warehouse environments (concrete flooring, temperature variations).
