- Complete daily inventory activities, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Receive and process inbound shipments.
- Operate forklift equipment as required.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inventory‑related issues and improve accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Replenish pick areas from backstock to ensure sufficient stock levels for order fulfillment.
- Operate forklift and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks related to inventory such as moving, sorting, and organizing stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient inventory management.
- Attention to Detail – accurate record‑keeping, inventory counts, and discrepancy resolution.
- Problem Solving – investigate and resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy.
- Process Management – design and manage efficient inventory workflows.
- Collaboration – cross‑functional teamwork with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Time Management – handle multiple inventory tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

- Previous inventory control experience is a plus.

- Forklift experience – safely operating forklift equipment and other material‑handling devices.
- Warehouse systems – proficient in basic warehouse management systems for tracking, counting, and moving inventory.
- 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control work required.
- Must pass background and drug screening for hire and throughout employment.
