Responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Duties also include activities to maintain inventory accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

Responsibilities:

* Cycle count materials on a daily basis or as scheduled

* Investigate any discrepancies found until there is a resolution ? Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity ? Ensure materials are in proper locations.

* Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary ? Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.

* Wear the proper safety equipment at all times.

* Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.

* Operate a standup forklift, reach truck and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

* Bilingual;
Spanish and English, preferred (ability to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel in both languages)

* Experience with Cycle Counting and Inventory ? Moderate math and analytical skills ? Good communication skills.

* Experience with Product knowledge with Flanges, Fittings and Pipe.

* Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player

* Computer skills

* Strong attention to detail - research inventory discrepancies and reconcile inventory.

* Ability to multitask.

* Self-stater and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

* Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.

* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

* Basic computer skills (data entry using a laptop).

* Available to work overtime if necessary, including Saturdays.

* Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Physical demands and abilities:

* Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferred.

* Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.

* Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

* Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

* Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

* Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
