Warehouse Administrator; G-project

Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks within a warehouse environment. He/She ensures accurate inventory records, process shipments, handle documentation, and support the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system.

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols.
• Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices.
• Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good moral character.
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
