LINK Staffing is hiring General Laborers, Warehouse Helpers, and Pipe Yard Helpers for established industrial and warehouse operations in the East Houston and Channelview areas.

These hands-on positions involve material handling, packing, palletizing, shipping preparation, and general industrial support. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to gain new skills, we want to hear from you!

Important:
Available assignments may have different schedules, work environments, and requirements. Some positions require rotating day and night shifts. English-only and Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply!

Where You'll Work

Join established companies in the warehousing, distribution, and industrial pipe yard industries throughout East Houston and Channelview.

Depending on your assignment, you may work in a busy warehouse preparing products for shipment or in an outdoor industrial pipe yard assisting with material handling, equipment preparation, and daily operations.

These positions offer physically active work environments, opportunities to gain hands-on experience, and the potential for long-term employment.

• Schedules: Vary by assignment
• Pipe Yard Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Pipe Yard Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Shift Rotation: Required for designated pipe yard assignments
• Hours: Up to 60 hours per week for certain assignments, depending on workload
• Overtime Opportunities: Available based on operational needs

What You'll Do

Depending on the assigned worksite, responsibilities may include:

• Packing & Shipping: Pack, sort, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Material Handling: Remove products from boxes, organize materials, and move inventory throughout the facility or yard.
• Palletizing: Stack, tape, wrap, and secure products or materials on pallets for shipping and storage.
• Warehouse Equipment: Use pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment to move and stage products.
• Industrial Yard Support: Assist with securing trucks, pipe racks, and materials, and use basic tools such as grinders, hammers, or pressure washers when assigned.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain clean, organized work areas, follow safety procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the scheduled shift.
• Ability to safely lift, move, stack, and organize warehouse or industrial materials.
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse or outdoor industrial environment.
• Reliable transportation to assigned worksites in Houston, TX 77029 or Channelview, TX 77530.
• Ability to work the full scheduled shift, including overtime when required.
• Rotating day and night shift availability required for designated pipe yard positions.
• High School Diploma or GED required for pipe yard assignments; proof must be provided.
• Resume required for pipe yard consideration.
