Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational efficiency while leading and developing warehouse staff.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure consistent execution and enforcement of warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Review and approve employee time records for accuracy and coordinate with appropriate personnel when corrective action is required.
• Partner with Human Resources and management to initiate policy and performance-related corrective actions in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain performance expectations and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations, to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure effective and accurate use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
• Enforce Company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Oversee warehouse equipment readiness and coordinate inspections and maintenance in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Analyze warehouse performance data and provide regular reports to management on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and improvement opportunities. Identify, recommend, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Facilities and other departments to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment.
