Warande zoekt een Praktijkopleider die leerlingen, stagiaires en collega's begeleidt en ontwikkelt binnen onze zorgorganisatie. Je verbindt onderwijs en praktijk en werkt aan een sterk leerklimaat door coaching, advies en coördinatie.
Je houdt van samenwerking met managers, leercoaches en onderwijsinstellingen, bewaakt BPV-plannen en ontwikkelingsprogramma's en zorgt voor heldere leerlijnen. Een proactieve houding en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zijn jouw toegevoegde waarde.
