Position: Premium Audit Specialist

In this critical role, you'll be the go-to expert for all audit-related inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including agents, underwriters, auditors, vendors, and insureds. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless audit processes and delivering timely, accurate resolutions.

Details
  • Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Shift: First Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Location: Hybrid Role (Two days onsite, three days remote) in Howell, MI
What You'll Do
  • Be a Customer Advocate: Provide comprehensive resolutions to agents, insureds, and underwriters via telephone inquiries.
  • Master Communication: Efficiently manage audit mailboxes, ensuring all email inquiries are understood, resolved, or delegated.
  • Become a Process Expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of departmental workflows and the responsibilities of all parties involved in audit transactions.
  • Hit Deadlines: Ensure all inquiries are addressed appropriately and promptly.
  • Protect Data: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care.
  • Be a Proactive Partner: Anticipate needs, review requests, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Collaborate: Assist with departmental support responsibilities, including work order generation, assignments, and vendor invoicing.
  • Champion Quality: Execute workflows and prepare audit/worksheets for special programs, meeting service levels.
  • Embrace Learning: Work across multiple applications and systems, adapting to evolving needs.
