I launched my agency in December 2016, building on years of experience with State Farm as a team member, Agency Field Specialist, and Marketing Analyst. With over a decade in the insurance industry, I’ve cultivated a team of four full-time professionals who are dedicated to making a difference for our customers and community.

We believe in rewarding hard work and fostering a supportive, engaging work environment. Our team members enjoy three weeks of paid time off annually, plus opportunities to earn additional rewards like lunches, dinners, and gift cards through in-office promotions.

As a lifelong Livingston County resident and active community leader, I’m deeply invested in the people we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Krugh - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
