• Manage incoming calls to identify, assess, and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
• Generate sales appointments from leads coming from phone calls, the internet, lists, etc.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow established department procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Serve external and internal customers with urgency and grace.

• Strong phone contact handling.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• A heart to serve a variety of personalities and potentially difficult circumstances.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
• Willingness to go the extra mile when engaging customers.
• Prior experience in customer service, selling appointments, and communication.
