Configuration Manager

Resolute ISR, Inc. is seeking a qualified Configuration Manager to join the team.

• Support and maintain the Configuration Management execution process for new and existing products in accordance with industry standards and established organizational practices.
• Assist in assigning logical identifiers/part numbers in accordance with the division process and input into Costpoint.
• Review submitted ECRs for defined artefact requirements and accuracy, process ECRs and monitor ECR cycle process.
• Interface closely with the hardware and software teams to provide guidance on CM expectations and verify the documentation meets the contractual requirements, ensure proper controls and implementation during the release process, and create hardware/software baselines.
• Define and prepare status accounting reports, meeting materials, and audit reports.
• Establish and track programmatic metrics related to software and hardware CM.
• Prepare meeting agenda for Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• US Citizenship is required.
• 5 years minimum direct Configuration Management experience in defense or commercial design and manufacturing industry.
• 5 years engineering or engineering support experience in defense or commercial design and manufacturing.
• Understand Configuration Management (CM) disciplines and requirements.
• Familiarity with SAE/EIA 649 Configuration Management Standard, highly desirable.
• Familiar with Engineering Release Process and Procedures.
• Ability to work Engineering Requirements as they relate to CM, experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand change requests as it relates to Engineering changes and release of Engineering Documentation.
• Perform Document and Drawing reviews to ensure incorporation of CM requirements.
• Knowledge of industry standard PLM version control tools for both hardware and software.
• Cost Point CM system knowledge required.
• Basic knowledge of software and hardware development life-cycles.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• S. Citizen with a current passport.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift to 30 lbs.
