This role is ideal for a data‑driven finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional modeling ability, and the desire to influence decision‑making across a growing business.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a central role in forecasting, financial reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to partner closely with leadership across operations, accounting, FP&A, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning activities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, margin, and expense categories
- Build dashboards and automate reporting to improve organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to support operational and financial strategy
- Present findings, recommendations, and scenario analyses to senior stakeholders
- Support business case development for investments, new initiatives, and cost optimization
- Enhance FP&A tools, models, and reporting structures
- Help streamline financial workflows and strengthen data accuracy
- Participate in systems enhancements or implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for decision‑makers
