We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients navigate mental health challenges, skilled in evidence-based modalities, and committed to professional growth.

• Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities.
• Provide telehealth services as needed.

• Active license as an LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist in Michigan.
• Experience with children, adolescents, family therapy
• Experience with either family systems, CBT, trauma‑informed care, EMDR, and children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and evidence‑based clinical practice.
