.

Starting Pay
:

• $17.05/hour to start
• $17.55/hour after completing training
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• $250 after your first 30 days (or 120 hours)
• Another $250 once training is complete and staffing requirements are met

Multiple shifts:

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in a comfortable group home setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with meal prep, service, and dining
• Administering medications per guidelines
• Leading fun, interactive, and social activities

• High School Diploma or GED (must be 18 or older)
• Valid Driver’s License or State
• Ability to pass a background check
