Registered Dietitian – Long-Term Care Facility

Overview

Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Registered Dietitian. You will manage clinical nutritional services at a long‑term care facility, ensuring resident health and enhancing the quality of care. Pay Range
USD $32.00 – $37.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop individualized plans documented in the electronic medical record.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well‑being of residents.
  • Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
  • Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed and as desired.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Good standing certification/license in the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
  • Valid driver’s license for multi‑site dietitians.
  • RD‑Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.
