Registered Dietitian – Long-Term Care FacilityOverview
Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Registered Dietitian. You will manage clinical nutritional services at a long‑term care facility, ensuring resident health and enhancing the quality of care. Pay Range
USD $32.00 – $37.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and develop individualized plans documented in the electronic medical record.
- Implement and evaluate care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well‑being of residents.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed and as desired.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Good standing certification/license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
- Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
- Valid driver’s license for multi‑site dietitians.
- RD‑Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.
