Join our innovative Rehab Without Walls® Level 11 Outpatient Clinic at 1030 W. Highland Road, Howell, MI, and deliver impactful 1:1 patient care. Help adults with neurological injuries achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes by working alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of skilled therapists who blend science and creativity to deliver superior neuro rehabilitation results.

• Assist patients with exercises, ambulation, functional activities, and use of assistive devices according to the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
• Support Physical Therapist in collecting outcome measures and performing complex treatment procedures.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare workers on assigned procedures and functional activities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and contribute to program development efforts.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all care and interventions provided.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant through an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in Michigan.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• CPR or Basic Life Support certification per state regulations.
• Ability to move, lift, or transfer patients up to 100 pounds safely.
