Join Michigan Psychological Care — Where Therapists Can Actually Be Therapists

Most outpatient therapy job ads promise “support,” “flexibility,” and “great culture.”

Then clinicians discover they’re also expected to:

  • Handle your own scheduling
  • Fight insurance denials
  • Answer client calls
  • Chase down paperwork
  • Share offices
  • Pay for supervision
  • Cover your own malpractice insurance
  • Function as both therapist _and_ administrative staff

* At Michigan Psychological Care, we built our practice differently.*

We believe therapists should spend their time providing excellent clinical care — not doing unpaid administrative work after hours.

That’s why we provide a truly supported, turnkey outpatient practice model designed to help clinicians succeed professionally, financially, and personally.

What Makes MPC Different? A REAL Fully Supported Practice

When we say “full support,” we mean it.

At MPC, clinicians are provided with:
  • Dedicated front desk and scheduling staff
  • Full billing and coding department
  • Insurance credentialing and enrollment completed for you
  • Intake coordination and referral support to help build your caseload
  • Paid clinical supervision
  • Case consultation and collaborative support
  • Employer-paid malpractice insurance
  • Your own fully furnished office space
  • (No room sharing.)
  • Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care
  • W-2 employment options so you are not responsible for self-employment taxes. This is not a “rent an office and figure it out yourself” model.

This Is a Turnkey Practice

You walk into an established practice with systems, support, referrals, and infrastructure already in place. We handle the backend so you can focus on being an excellent clinician.
