Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department his/her future Process Technician (M/F), located in HOWELL HW-PL.
1 - Main Missions
Monitor the reliability and productivity of APU with improved performanceContribute to improving production efficiency, scrap rate and technical productivity of processesProvide technical support for the APU by creating and developing technical standards, reference standards for settings and business operating proceduresParticipate in the equipment maintenance planDevelop the skills of setter technicians or equipment operatorsAnalyze scrap (analysis of red bins) and waste from the processTechnically solve quality problems in order to eliminate quality wallsCreate and update configuration tracking sheets (settings sheets) for processes and their devicesEnsure production equipment reliability to improve quality and safety of existing equipmentRecommend innovative technical solutions for manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality improvement or safety targetsDefine and develop technical solutions with external service providers2 - Training for process participants
Provide training for process participants and ensure the deployment and capitalization of technical skills within the APUTrain and support Setter technicians or equipment operators on working methodologies, settings sheets, and toolsMake the necessary decisions to optimize results, in line with initial data, and give reasons for choicesMonitor indicatorsCoordinate their activities with other support services3 - Control the update of processes
Improve production efficiency, scrap rate, reliability, cycle and process productivityOptimize material consumption, reduce waste and scrap associated with processes and materialsLead process optimization, perform tests and trials, draft test reportsConduct PDCA cycles for the process in the APU (mass production changes, scrap, cycle time, process, tools, etc.)Capitalize on the feedbackOversee SMED projects4 - Implement new processes
Guide and validate tool designDevelop new equipment related to their fieldPrepare new product/process launch projectsParticipate in the technical aspects of process transferReceive processing means (tools, processes) in the APU with Methods, Maintenance and QHSE departmentsPerform product/process testing in the development phase and keep teams and specialized departments informedGuarantee the ramp-up of processes and define the production standardImplement 5S after testing or maintenanceCandidate Profile
